California State Parks Week Event: Celebrate State Parks Health and Wellness Day

As part of California State Parks Week (June 14–18), start your healthy park adventure with 30 minutes of family–friendly, gentle “animal yoga.“ Fun for anyone with a good imagination who wants to do creative stretches while talking about the different animals that live in Natural Bridges. Then hike out to the rocky shelf to explore and enjoy the animals that make their home in this difficult environment. Wear closed–toed shoes and layers. A hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
