Play games, hike, and explore the redwood forest during this 1-hour program for kids’ ages 7-12. Sorry parents, this is a kid’s only program! Meet at the Campfire Center. Junior Rangers gather at more than 70 California State Parks, from the redwood region, to the high Sierra, to the sunny southern California beaches. At your first program you will receive a logbook and badge. For each activity you will earn a stamp in your logbook, and as you go through the program you can earn prizes. The event is free; parking is $10 and supports the park.
