Local Author Tai Moses will share a reading and lead a discussion of her book, Zooburbia: Meditations on the Wild Animals Among Us. Natural Bridges State Beach – located in a suburban neighborhood and habitat to many wild animals, such as bobcats, deer, hawks and squirrels – is the perfect setting to discuss our relationship with the animals that also call Santa Cruz home.

Members of Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks (you may join at the event) and the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History will be able to buy Moses’ book at a discount.
