Our passPORTS Teacher Symposium is a professional development opportunity for K-12 educators looking for better ways to create curricula around the difficult topics of the California Mission System. Teachers will get a chance to learn about Santa Cruz Mission history, and how Native people were affected by Spanish colonization, and then create a lesson plan using the 5E lesson system.
