Community Foundation Santa Cruz County
Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks works in close partnership with the Community Foundation Santa Cruz County to provide Planned Giving Services for individuals and families wishing to leave a legacy to local state parks and beaches. The Community Foundation currently administers three Endowed Funds established by our donors. In addition, they provide technical expertise to donors to help include Friends in their wills and trusts, make gifts of stock, establish a Charitable Gift Annuity or designate Friends as the beneficiary of other investment tools. Also, these services from the Community Foundation are free.
Wild Roots Round Up for Change
When shopping at the Felton or Boulder Creek Wild Roots Market locations, you can round up your grocery bill to the nearest dollar or more if you choose and donate the difference to Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks for the entire month.
Pennies for Parks
Whenever you shop at one of our ParkStores, you can roundup your purchase to the next dollar to support Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks. You’d be amazed how quickly these modest Pennies for Parks gifts add up! ParkStore locations include Natural Bridges, New Brighton, Santa Cruz Mission, Seacliff and Wilder Ranch.
Please explore our Planned Giving page for more information. You may also donate directly to our primary endowed fund, the Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks Designated Fund at the Community Foundation Santa Cruz County, at any time.
